The pen was made by Parker. It has a facsimile of President Reagan’s signature and the presidential seal. It is in its original box.

In comes with a letter from September 15th, 1995 and the shipping envelope it came in.

The pen is very good condition. The only issues I see are that the ink has dried up and the clip is slightly bent up. What you see in the photo is what you will receive.

This would make a nice addition to anybodies collection.

The pen measures 5 1/8 inches long
