Original Art Nouveau towel from Germany
Dated: 1895/1915.
Made of white of cream linen.It has wonderful Art Nouveau floral ( orchids) and Art Nouveau Geometric Pattern
Monogram WA .
Condition is excellent. Never washed, never used.A few tiny age spots are in the fabric, but they go out after washing. Size towel measures : 18 inches wide by 46 inches long.
Weight: 121 grams. It is very hard to find pretty Art Nouveau linens in excellent unused condition.The motif is very rare.This rare piece would make a great addition to your Art Nouveau or linen collection.
