Looks like she was still deciding how to finish, there are two fans that partially go over the side. (See photo.)
It is hand appliqued.
It measures 86\" x 70\"
Never used or laundered.
There is some age/storage spotting, a water mark on the edge about hand size, some loose appliqued thread on one fan, a couple of pin head size holes, and some minor fading to the solid blue pieces. (See photos.)
Beautiful piece to finish into an heirloom quilt!
