Thank you for visiting my sale. This is a brand new, handcrafted by myself, primitive Christmas Santa doll holding a fabric tied Christmas tree. This Santa measures approx. 22 inches from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet, this does not include the hat length. This Santa was made using heavy, coffee stained muslin and his coat was made using a red fabric and chenille trim. I added some rusty safety pins with three rusty bells to the front of his coat and for his face I sculpted a nose and painted the eyes, his beard was created using torn pieces of muslin that was coffee stained. His shoes were painted on with black paint then I sewed some laces up the front. The Christmas tree was made using strips of Christmas fabric and tied onto a piece of dowel and I added a rusty star to the top. I made this Santa using a pattern from R&K Creations. This Santa would make a great gift for a Santa collector or sitting with your other prim Christmas decorations :)
