Jinx and Jack
Description
This sale is for the Jinx and Jack Doll. The barn wood you see in the photo is part of a little chair that I use to display my primitives. It is not included in any of my sales.
Welcome to my attic! Meet Jinx and Jack! They have lots of details that make them so much fun! They are even cuter and more prim looking in person. Jinx and Jack are made from aged muslin that got a good grunging. Lots of aging, sanding, and cinnamon. 13” Jinx has been paint-washed black and has fabric and button eyes, a pinch stitched nose, and thin hemp whiskers. 7-1/2” Jack is a grungy orange and also has fabric and button eyes. I used scraps of fabric for the nose and mouth which have been primly stitched onto the pumpkin. Jack is sewn to Jinx who has a boxed and weighted bottom so together they stand nicely on their own. I added rusty star garland, rusty bells, and a tag that says “BOO” on one side and “AUTUMN HARVEST” on the other. I used a Blue Moon Beginning to make this fabulous pair. How could I forget to mention the adorable moon! I wrapped rusty star wire around it and then around the stem of Jack to connect the two pieces. So cute!
