Large Handmade Split Wood Reed Basket with Handle and Lid

12\" high (not inc. handle); about 16\" x 13\" Oval;with handle it is approx 17\" high. Cover fits snugly over top making it a great linen storage basket. The split wood is slightly dyed pink and blue which has faded over the years.

I cannot tell you the exact age but it is antique or close to it. I used it many years to store my embroidered and vintage/antique dresser & table scarves. I hate to let gobut must downsize as I\'ve moved and do not have room to keep. My children are not interested in antiques.....
