Vintage Franklin Mint Porcelain Portrait Doll of Diana
Princess of Wales This is a wonderful Franklin Mint Porcelain Portrait Doll of Princess Diana of Wales. She is in excellent pre owned condition, never having been used, still attached with the wires in the original box and the foam between the feet and the netting over the head, etc.
The tag is attached to her wrist and she is complete with her gorgeous black and silver outfit....earrings as well as a ring on her finger as shown, crown in the box as well as (what I think is another ring?) but I see no Certificate.
That is why my price is lower. The crown, ring and necklace (I believe that\'s what they are) are in plastic inside the box and none of these have ever been removed. I had to move some of her netting on her hair to get close up photos of her but the netting is all there! See close up photos for all her outfit, all details and more! This is from a nonsmoking home and has no odors, no stains, no breaks!I am measuring this Diana doll at about 17\" tall but that\'s only my rough estimate. Her outfit is black and silver and gorgeous I see from research that her style or name according to the FM Portraits dolls might be \"Nobility\". Please correct me if I am wrong.
The box is in very good condition with no odors, just a little 1\" or less area where wrapping paper was taped onto it. This doll could actually make a very nice Valentine\'s Day gift for a girl (or lady, I suppose). She will be carefully bubble wrapped and cushioned for safe shipment in a strong box.
