The back of frame has “Greg Martin” stamp.  The frame is 10\" x 14\" and the film is 4 1/4\" x 2 3/4\".  Greg was an artist / illustrator for several organizations (WB, Disney, Hanna-Barbera, Etc) and also did quite a bit of freelance work for game covers, book covers, posters and more.
