These are two envelopes postmarked Rossland BC 1898, eachwith a letter inside on plain paper. Both are sent from CG Westfall inRossland. The first envelope is mailed to Joe Cunningham in Fairhaven WA(Bellingham) and the other letter is mailed to Joe Cunningham in Fort WrangellAlaska.

Both envelopes have been opened roughly and torn at the side,and the first envelope is open along the top. These are vintage original items,not modern copies.
