This genuine solid silver candle snuffer measures 115mm (4.5\") high x 36mm (1.5\") across the base and weighs an impressive 86 grams or nearly 3 troy ounces. It is fully hallmarked for solid English sterling silver London 2002 with the makers mark for the famous firm of Asprey as well as the text Asprey to the opposite side. As the weight shows it is good quality and the finial is very similar to Art Deco designs I have seen by Georg Jensen. It is in good vintage condition and ready for use or display.
