Conde signed with the New York Giants in 1954, was taken in the minor league draft by the Kansas City Athletics, was traded to the Phillies and sold to the Dodgers and then traded to the White Sox. In 1962 he played in 14 games for the Chicago White Sox, going 0-for-16 with three walks. He was traded to the Yankees in 1967. He then returned to the White Sox and later signed with the Cincinnati Reds. He never returned to the major leagues, though. 1970 was his final year in professional baseball. Conde is now 83 years young, living in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico.
