I can only find one other example of another hard copy from this monthly catalogue dating from 1849 (worldcat). In Good condition with heavy spotting and foxing, 8 pp. printed on period ragweed paper; no rips or tears however moderate to heavy wrinkling and edge wear; very rare to find in any condition. Measures 9 1/4\" x 6 3/4\".
