This rare first edition is in very good condition. Cloth covered cover is green with gold lettering. The spine and binding are strong and in very good condition. Portrait page has foxing and still present is the tissue cover. Evidenced foxing beginning to interior page 3. This copy in my opinion is in excellent condition for its age. Interior map of Gettysburg shown in picture is in very good condition also. Buy with confidence !
