practically epitomizes the industrial design philosophies of the time.Tubular form - bent gracefully in sheer perfection!
Triple repeats - the tube form repeat three times.
Streamlining - the lamp has great streamlined form!The original paint is still there and even the original \"soft fading\"
from cream to a brown hue, which was done to darken the points
where the tubes are joined and add visual shading! Look closely
at the pictures to see this uniquely Art Deco style of painting! The industrial aesthetic here is delightful! It reminds us of the
industrial purist designs of Donald Deskey
or the repeating forms of Poul Henningsen.These are the sort of industrial lamps which inspired designers
like Kovacs and Sonneman in the late sixties and early seventies
with their nouveau industrial styles which were tributes to
these pieces from their youth!In good condition. Works. The lamp appears to have been rewired
for safety, circa 1950. The front decorative trim shows
some chipping at the edge. Displays beautifully!We\'ve never seen another lamp like this one!Your interiors will be guaranteed the highest measure of exclusivity!
This piece looks amazing in a darkened room. You can almost
