RARE 1958 VINTAGE DUTCH CROSS STITCH SAMPLER CHART PATTERN ANTIQUE STYLE:

This is a wonderful and rare cross stitch chart of an antique Dutch sampler, showing romantic scenes, the Coat of Arms of Amsterdam, flowers and crowns.

The original sampler that the chart was based on was made in 1856.

The chart was part of Dutch magazine Maandblad voor Handwerken in 1958.

This listing is for the complete chart. The chart has color suggestions instead of color numbers, such as \'dark olive green\' or \'ligh grey\'. I will add a translation of all Dutch color suggestions in English.

Picture no. 5 is just to give an impression of the finished sampler.

The chart is in good condition, considering its age. It as some light spots on it and is a little bit worn around the folds.
