In this sale we have a wonderful late 1800’s French Lamp. It is made of heavy metal with a rich bronze colored finish by the Delinieres Co. It is GORGEOUS with a large glass globe covered with roses and wildflowers. The center column is made of marble or onyx. History of Delinieres & Co: This company was founded in 1863 and was located in Limoges, in a street that is now Albert-Thomas Avenue. This property consisted of more than 6,000 square meters , where there was a mansion and a park. The factory R. Delinières et Cie produced porcelain which bore the following mark (under enamel): D & C ° / FRANCE . R. Delinieres & Co. operated from about 1879 to 1900.Rémi Delinieres took over the operation of an existing company and founded R. Delinieres & Co. in 1879. Un-decorated wares were made there until 1881, when the company established a decorating workshop. In 1895, Léonard Bernardaud became the partner of R. Delinières in the company R. Delinières & Cie. In 1900 the partnership involving R. Delinières & Cie was dissolved and it was replaced by the new company L. Bernardaud & Cie. The company became L. Bernardaud & Co. in 1900. Don’t miss out!

**Condition** In beautiful condition, just some minor age wear.
