A fabulous piece which is a very rare find!
The Footstool has a truly exceptional colour & patination and is offered in overall outstanding original condition commensurate with age, with just the minimal minor knocks & splits which you would associate with such a piece of this age.
Modelled during the 19th Century in the Manner of a Tudor piece, the footstool was constructed in theidenticalfashion using Iron peg-nails.
An amazing piece for any collector of all things rare & unusual.
The ultimate example of 19th Century Miniature / apprentice furniture pieces and still just large enough to be used as a foot stool if one wishes.
