Up for the sale is a beautiful antique19th century Qi\'ing dynasty Chinese kesi tapestry semi- formal \"dragon\" Ji\'ifurobe.
On a blue background features 9 4- clawdragons (one hidden- see pictures) clutching pearls; amongflowers, vessels, flaming wheels, clouds in ruyi shape, scrolls, bats, parasols, crane roundels, fishes, sea shells, and other Buddhist auspicious symbols. All abovelishuiborder with rolling waves.

The robemeasures 39\" (99 cm) long. Most likely was shortened.

Condition:good/ fair antique condition;please,considerthe old age of the piece.Several spots with repairs and tearing: mostly on the sleeves and the collar area; couple of repairs and holes on the back surface and the hem area damages tho the blue silk lining near the collar(see pictures).The colors of the weave are bright and vibrant though. The main part of the robe (front panel) is not damaged.
