This is an originalUnion casedating from the mid 19th Century, Civil War period.

The molded design features military hardware (canon) cannonballs and Flags, shields etc.

SIZE

It measures approx. 3.25 inches by 3.75 inches closed.

CONDITION.

It has survived the years in good shape, as per the scans, with just the usual minor nibbling wear around the edges commensurate with age and use, nothing serious. The hinges are intact and working fine, but feel a little loose. It closes fine but the clip is not working.

There is no photographic image inside the case, just the original makers insert(Scovill mfg.Co)
