HANDLED BON BON DISH / BOWL / TRAY - FOOTED DISH MEASURES 19\" BY 10 3/4.\" VERY GOOD CONDITION: WITHOUT DENTS OR BREAKS, SILVER PLATE UNWORN. - we\'re told that this is an old BON BON DISH. My mother used it for large dinner buffet table or for an assortment of nuts and things before a meal. No monograms or other personalization.

Quite old and used only for special events itshows some minimaluse evidence with practically nounder metal bleeding, no dents/major dings ordeep scratches. Expect typical surface use scratches,sits right. This was a well-cared for item that was rarely used. Collector\'s item, yet eminently appropriate for contemporary use.

My grandparents collectedquality Sheffield items. They were serious about entertaining in a way I am not. My family invested in quality items for gracious living.
