** RARE ANTIQUE FRENCH CAST IRON PORCELAIN ENAMEL WALL FOUNTAIN SINK - FROM EUROPE - RARE BLUE !!! **
Up for sale is this nice old antique wall sink / fountain / lavabo (means \"I shall wash\") which has a wonderful look to it! This one is in it\'s original and unrestored condition and is unique in that the basin is blue! It\'s perfect for those Primitive lovers out there!! This one has two small holes for hanging and one larger hole where a spout / faucet would have been. There is also one hole on each side of the basin just under the rim of the bowl.You can use these holes to hang the wall fountain up.
It\'s been imported from Europe and likely originated in France. It\'s porcelain covered and has some dings, scrapes, scratches on the back splash, surface cracks, rust all over the back, paint missing and chips on it. The inside of the bowl on this one is very rusty as you can see in the pictures. You don\'t see this from the outside, especially if you put flowers in it. Please see photos for as they are pretty telling and can give you an accurate description. There\'s some paint missing from the bowl of this fountain - it gives it great character and originality!! It has a nice rusty edging around the rim of the bowl and parts of the back splash. The outside of the bowl has a wonderful blue, rusty patina to it which gives it a rare look and lot\'s of character! It\'s not perfect but then if it were perfect it wouldn\'t look like an antique!! You might want to repaint it but I think it\'s perfect just the way it is - imperfect!! This is a unique piece and will make a great addition to your decor!!

This measures approximately 28\" H x 17.5\" W (at bowl) x 10.5\" D and it weighs approximately 30-35 lbs. It\'s cast iron with a porcelain finish not aluminum like the newer (not old) and much lighter ones!! This is the real deal! Note: These cast iron porcelain wall fountains are getting harder to find.
