RARE ANTIQUE NATHANIEL MILLS STERLING SILVER CASTLETOP VINAIGRETTE OF ST. PAULS CATHEDRAL BIRMINGHAM 1851

A SMALL ENGRAVED CASTLETOP VINAIGRETTE of shaped oblong outline with engine-turned sides and base and a view of St. Paul\'s Cathedral on the cover, gilt interior, by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1851.

The hinges are in excellent order and the case opens from the side and closes crisply and without any gaps.

This is a very rare item because of the condition and design and was made by highly regarded silversmiths who specialised in card cases for the upper classes.
