The remnant of a decal is visible on one side of the base, which has the early \"paw foot\" base. The measurements on one side, printed on tin, are 5 to 60 cents, with linear measurements on the other side. A Greek key motif is seen on both sides. The cradle for the tray has one of four prongs missing, and the original tray is missing. There is rust on the tin and the cast iron base.
