In goodoverall condition and an unusual addition to any collection

the main body of the box is a gilded metal, this has dulled slightly to the lid but adds to the overall character of the box

There lid isI think alabaster with 8 smaller alabaster panels around the sides. Each smalleroval alabaster panel has a gilded horse’s head (one missing to the rear) andthe main panel to the lid has a musical instruments – see photos
