Up for sale is a rare fine antique German bisque porcelain piano baby doll circa 1900. I purchased from the original owner’s family who collected these between 1890s-1910s pre-WWI. She is standing with her large St. Bernard dog. She is exquisitely hand painted and marked with the number 528-1 on the back of her head. There are NO chips, cracks or losses. She measures just shy of 3” tall. Her wig is not original.

This is a very rare item - for years I have been searching and have not seen another one like it. It may have been made by Heubach or Hertwig, or some other antique German doll maker.
