RARE Antique German Theodor Recknagel Hindu dressed bisque head doll 1920s:

Very interesting unusual German antique doll by Theodor Recknagel, dressed as Hindu girl, dating from 1910-1920s,
having bisque head with impressed marks: DEP, R 7/0 A,
unusual cardboard body, composition arms, and pappier-mache legs
blue glass fixed eyes,
painted upper and lower eyelashes, brown eyebrows,
open mouth with upper teeth showing,
rese cheeks,
red painted lips,
human hair wig, which would need some attention (there\'s balding to the top of scalp, please see pictures).
Doll is wearing original Hindu girl or women outfit with beautiful details with \'golden\' trimmings and beads (please see pictures)
Approx. 12\" tall.
Condition - doll is in good condition with facial colours bright and vivid, no cracks or hairlines, hair would need some attention. There\'s a little nibble to the left hand forefinger.
