Up for sale is a RARE Antique/Vintage Edwardian Solid 9ct Yellow Gold HAIR CLIP / barrette.It is a beautiful and very unusual little piece of Edwardian Period Jewellery.

The hair clip is in overall good vintage condition all parts to the hair clip are original, shows general signs of age and use, please see photos for details.
The front part of the clip has a beautiful etched and flowers design and is made out of 9 carat gold. Back part of the hair clip shows some signs of age and discoloration and is made out of base metal.
The hair clip is stamped on the front part \'9CT\' for 9 carat gold which is typical mark for the Edwardian period. The back part of the clip is stamped \'METAL\'.
The hair clip measures approx. 40mm long x 3mm wide.
The hair clip weighs in total 1.7 grams on my scales
