You are offerding on a very interesting item. It is RARE early 20th Century WMFGRINDERor MILL that would have been used to GRIND SALT or PEPPER but given its small size probably not COFFEE although it is possible if it is a pocket version. Various marks are shown & this ostrich mark with full shading was 1st used in 1909. The plating looks to be in FAIR condition & the foot is a little bent & may be diffcult to staighten out-please see the photos for details. Untested but when you turn the handle you get the impression it would work. PLEASEnote that I am not an expert on this type of thing. Your comments would be welcomed & added to the listing. Approx 180g unpacked. It is approx 100mm in height.
