RARE CORK GEORGIAN IRISH PROVINCIAL STERLING SILVER REINDEER CRESTED LADLE 1820:

A rare Georgian Irish provincialsterling silver sauce ladle. It is hallmarked for Dublin 1820 with the maker’smark being CT over IW for Carden Terry & Jane Williams ofCork. It has a tradition design having afiddle pattern handle engraved with an unusual crest depicting a reindeer withdouble antlers. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits andrepairs. It measures over 6.5 inches (17cms) long by almost 2.5 inches (6.3cms) acrossthe bowl and weighs 43 grams. A rare quality Georgian Irish example.
