Up for offer here is abeautiful RARE antique leather bound book entitled \"Pictorial National Records: Embracing Descriptions of European and Asiatic Nations: A Statistical View of the United States of America: and a History of the Great Rebellion in Two Volumes - Volume 1\" compiled from authentic materials by W. O. Blake.

Published by Gilmore and Brush of Columbus, Ohio in 1863. Sold exclusively by subscription.

Contains a ton of information on the European and Asiatic world withdozens of amazing illustrations. Refer to the pictures to get an idea of the quality of these. They are quite stunning!

Last section contains a historical accounting of the U. S. Civil War and also contains many illustrations of famous leaders on both sides of the conflict.

1008pages. Measures7 inches across, 10 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide.

Book is ingood condition. Binding and all pages intact thoughrear cover and last few pages (attached to rear cover) are loose and hang on to main binding by a thread. All pages show age in staining and foxing. Cover has wear on edges, corners, and raised areas as to be expected on a book of this age.

Nice addition to any collection.
