I know your excited about getting your new item! I try to ship as quickly as possible, within 48 hours. I do ship through , so tracking is provided for your package. I unfortunately can not control USPS. So if you have not received your item please take a second to look at the tracking or email me. Most likely it is on its way. I have sold on since 1998 and I believe have never had a package disappear. Insurance is your option. Please let me know if you would like Insurance purchased for your package.
