I purchased this a few years back. It is one of the more unique Coca Cola items I have seen. It is a 14K Gold Omega watch that has the following inscription on the back:\"Coca-Cola Bottling Company Company (Thomas) Inc --- To ---- R. M. Brown Newport News, Virginia 250,000 Gallons 1943\"
On the 14k Gold fob:
\"Presented to Ray M. Brown as an evidence of appreciation certification of membership in the 100.000 Gallon Club Coca-Cola Bottling Co (Thomas) Inc. 1941\"
This is incredibly rare piece of Coca-Cola Memorabilia. I have not seen Coca-Cola Awards of this caliber. I have been told that the reason they were able to sell so many gallons during World War II is that much of the Coke shipped from that facility actually was sent out our soldiers in the European Theatre. This is a \"must have\" for major Coke Collectors and one that can be cherished through the years, As they say, picture say a 1,000 words - please look and decide. I had this watch cleaned and serviced and looks new. It has all the original parts.
