This piece was produced by E. Rosen/Rosbro in the 1950s as a candy container (with an opening on top of drum for lollipops), whistle, and pull toy.

According to Plastic Novelties and Toys of the \'40s, \'50s and \'60s by Jean Rossi, this candy container toy on wheels rates as VERY RARE.
