This is a very early Les Fleurs design with the rarer riveted handle (not the looped metal version that this was replaced with later). I cannot find a single specimen in this pattern, not even on the Enid Collins collectors page. There are no jewels missing, however the handle has some wear due to the rivet fastening, it was replaced alter due to wear issues. The leather edge also has wear, please see the photos. Marked as an Enid Collins of Texas on the interior, dating it to the sixties. It has the copyright of Enid Collins, but oddly enough missing the date. I am wondering if this was a production sample or something.
