You see the name on it "Bear". From what I know, that's the Fred Bear company logo. I never knew Bear made a tree stand and I can't find anything on it. I don't know if this was a prototype or what. The platform measures 24-3/4 inches by 14 inches.It weighs about 12 pounds. The platform is molded of a heavy duty indestructible plastic type material. The other parts are metal.
