RARE GEORG JENSEN STERLING SILVER VIKING PATTERN BOTTLE OPENER c1930 ART DECO:

A rare sterling silverhandled bottle opener. It is hallmarked with 925S along with the makers mark ofGeorg Jensen. This mark was used around c1920-30, I would date this piece toc1930. It has been made to what is termed the Viking Pattern, the actuallybottle opener is chrome or silver plated steel. It is in superb conditionbeing free from dings splits and repairs - possibly never, or at least hardly ever, used. The platedsection is free from any wear. It measures 4.5 inches (11.5cms) long by 1.5inches (3.8cms) wide and weighs 44 grams. A very high quality stylish piece bya sought after maker.
