It does not appear that the original tie outs have even been used. Inflates in approximately 90 seconds.

Body is in good condition, with the exception of two small tears/holes on the rear of the piece. One is on the back of the shoulder, the other is on the back of the head, both easily fixed with a tiny bit of duct tape, but I will leave that to the buyer! Please see photos, I tried to get shots of those areas, and they do not affect the ability to inflate.
