RARE JAPANESE MEIJI (c1900) STERLING / SOLID SILVER HALLMARKED IRIS TEA CADDY:

On offer is a striking original Japanese Meiji (c1900) solid / sterling silver tea caddy with raised iris design. Base with makers / jungin mark.

Height 12 cm. Weight185 grams. Overall condition good. Few small dents, including one corner. Bit of gapping between base and one side, but not an issue. Also some wear to raised design. No repair (untouched). Full working order.
