2. WE DO NOT SELL TO RE-SHIPPERS and cannot accommodate you, if you require that we \"put the item # on ANY line of your address\" or anywhere in your address.
3. We send all items thru the Paypal shipping services ONLY and we use whatever official address is in their system. We do not add to that, nor can we edit that in any way.
4. If an address is in question, we have an international resource to check out any shipping addresses that concern us re: validity.
5. Domestic Shipping: we doUSPS 1st ClassONLY if total pkg weight isunder 13 OZ...So if your total wins weigh over 13 oz , I have to do another kind of shipping.

USPS will not allow online shipping via First Class Int\'l Mail to some countries via online Click n\' Ship, so I have to go the the PO for those, which can add a day or two onto the export time.

9. PACKING:We do not do gift wrap or do tissue-paper \"presentation-packaging\". We pack practically, using several plastic bags (to prevent water damage in shipping), and will use styrofoam \"peanuts\" and/or newspaper to cushion items. Breakable items will be wrapped in extra packing material, which can add weight, and therefore can increase the cost to ship. Seller is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods
