This is an item that I have not been able to find another to compare to. Such a SUPER RARE fun collectible. It is a bright red heel with MUSES on it. It has little stones that I believe light up. It has a battery saver piece that needs to be removed. The back is a magnet. It is new in the package and was caught straight from the parade in New Orleans!
