Incredible!! I love these early mercury glass deer and this is as good as I have ever had. First, it is a doe, which is so rare....they almost always have the antlers. It is a nice larger size measuring 6 inches tall and 5 inches long. They were made in the early 1900s in Germany. Still has the round paper label, (photo 3) but print is illegible. Excellent condition with no breaks or cracks. Some fading to the mercury glass as you can see in the photos. These are considered ornaments, but this does stand well on the base, or could be hung on the tree. Please feel free to ask any questions.
