Description:

We offer a original and very early Latin manuscript Leaf from a medieval Bible. The manuscript was written on very thin vellum in black ink. Early Gothic font in two columns front and back side and each 45 lines. With one large Initial in blue and with lateral silver stripe along the text. First Leaf of the Geneis part.

slightly brownish
top margin is tightly trimmed
complete left margin with marginal damage
minimal rubbing
bottom corner with small loss

Wir bieten Ihnen ein Originales Blatt und sehr frühe lateinische Handschrift aus einer mittelalterlichen Bibel an. Die Handschrift wurde in schwarzer Tinte auf Jungfernpergament (Hauchdünnes Pergament) verfasst. Frühgotischer Schrifttyp in zwei Spalten Vorder- und Rückseitig mit jeweils 45 Zeilen. Mit einer großen Initiale in blau und mit seitlichem silbernen Streifen entlang des Textes. Erste Blatt aus dem Genesis.

oberer Rand knapp beschnitten
vollständiger linker Rand mit kleineren Defekten
