Up for your consideration is an absolutely STUNNING authentic old HIGHLY DETAILED translucent white stone carving! Sculpture depicts two love birds kissing as they stand atop a gorgeous floral backing! Piece shows amazing craftsmanship, quality an detail throughout! I have been unable to locate a signature but piece is clearly handmade by a MASTER craftsman! Entire carving is made from a single stone, very unique footed base! Extremely well made weighing 1 LB 12.4 OZ and measuring 6 1/2 Inches X 5 1/2 Inches X 2 1/2 Inches. Piece is in excellent original as found condition with no breaks, cracks or repairs (please refer to photos). Piece is composed of a white semi translucent stone which I believe is onyx or JADE! There is also a unique bowl at the lower right hand corner, I believe this could be used for an ashtray but not sure if it was intended for this purpose. I purchased this piece at the ESTATE SALE of an ORIENTAL ANTIQUE collector! Gorgeous piece ready to be displayed / enjoyed / collected! PRICED TO SELL! Any questions please ask!
