Great civil war hospital dept. bottle \"SDS\" mark on bottom, nice condition as found i have not cleaned the bottle. It has a few light scratches on outside that dont show on photos, otherwise in great condition. Approximately 9\" by 3 3/8\" Bottle does have bubbles and imperfections in glass which is normal due to the manufacturing process used in this era.
