For sale is a very Rare Vintage Late 1940\'s/50\'s BELL 15 1/2\" Steering Wheel. These were commonly used on early dirt track race cars and midgets, but they look great in traditional hotrods. This wheel is in fairly decent condition with some oxidation/patina in chrome and the rubber cracked on the edges of the spokes as you can see in the photos. One side of the wheel is engined turned, which was popular in the 1950\'s with hot rodders. The other side is the original chrome if you like that look. The center cap is removable. This wheel does show some age, so if you are looking for a show piece this isnt it. Look at the pictures closely to know what you are buying. The last photo is a example of an ad in a 1949 Bell catalog showing the wheel for sale. These wheels dont come up for sale too often,so dont miss out on this greatvintage part, because you might not see another for awhile. If you have any questions please ask.
