An old war map, large size 41 x 27 beautifully colored. Produced under the direction of Alexander Gross, F.R.G.S. and published by Geographia Map Co., NYNY. Research of map shows no definite printing date past 1940s..seems to be quite rare. Some circles drawn on the map by the wife and young son of a WW2 Army Soldier who was in the 76th Infantry division. Possible that they or he used this map to track his locations throughout the war. Map shows its age especially along fold lines, some separation and tears along the creases and borders. Shows Railways (open and those under construction) as well as Steamer Routes.
