This is a beautiful pair of amethyst glass door knobs in excellent condition- no nicks. These are genuine antiques and not ones that have been artificially colored with the original brass fitting. Hard to find these, much less a pair. .I have been asked several questions about these knobs. Thanks for your interest. They are indeed standard size knobs, not miniatures. The pictures appear to show 2 different colored knobs but they are both about the same shade of purple. I have examined both knobs carefully for even the slightest nicks- one has none and the other does have a sliver off the interior edge but it is so thin that I could not feel it at first but now can see it under a light. Seriously you would not notice it nor feel it on the handle itself. Finally, I bought these at a yard sale where they were selling off their collection of antiques and these knobs really stood out.
