Local Pick-up only at climate controlled storage near Gurnee, Illinois. No third party shipper. Must be picked up in person with photo ID. Thank you.Very good condition. Refinished in 1990s. Strings replaced also. All components function as originally intended. Wear from normal use and consistent with age. Crack in the soundboard is pictured. Played only for home and recreational use.Extremely rare. 1930 Charles Frederick Stein grand piano and original bench seat. Known as the \"Dean of Pianos\" Mr. Stein focused on making quality handcrafted pianos during a time when some of the finest pianos were being created. The keys show minor dirt wear that you only get from time well spent. There are various scrapes, dings, and abraisions to the finish but I would rate the exterior an overall 8 and playability a 7.
