ORIGINAL TAG STILL ON BOTTOM (THOMAS R IVEY JAPAN) JAPAN ALSO STAMPED ON BOTTOM OF PLANTER. IN VERY GOOD VINTAGE SHAPE. A FEW TINY RUB OFFS ON RED HEART HATS, SMALL FLEA BITE ON TIP OF ONE BIRDS WING AND SMALL CHIP ON LIP OF PLANTER OPENING. NONE OF THESE DETRACT FROM THE SWEETNESS OF THIS VINTAGE RELPO VALENTINE PLANTER.
