On offer today is a very good set of 4 tablespoons in LILY pattern double struck,this is a rare pattern.Assayed in London by highly regarded flatware maker George W Adams.Theyare dated 1871-year letter q. Hallmarks are deep and clear. Their length is a fraction over 8.5 inches. Collectively theyweigh a hefty 383 grams (12.32 troy ounces) and each piece is made of very thick gauge silver throughout.They havegreat bowls being unworn and of perfect shape. They are unengraved to both sides and always have been,definitely no erasures either.

Afunctional mid Victorian lot in this highly desirable (and hard to find) pattern.

Terrific serving spoons for sure.
